NJADS Inc. Recital 2020 "Legends!" LIVE performance May 30th cancelled....more information on re-scheduled date to follow (See the COVID-19 Updates page).

With the government order to quarantine, we will be switching to virtual online classes for the balance of our 2019-2020 Dance season.  The last tuition payment for the season will be billed June 1st.  If you wish to terminate your enrollment for the balance of the season email amanda@notjustanotherdancestudio.ca and we will stop future tuition payments.

RECITAL FEES are non-refundable per the policy all parents signed at time of enrollment.  We will advise when you are able to pick up your child's costume.

RECITAL TICKETS - All tickets were refunded in March 2020.  For ALL questions concerning ticket refunds please contact TutuTix at 1-855-222-2849.  The studio did not bill or refund any of the ticket funds.

2020 PERFORMANCE - We will schedule performance dates once costumes have arrived for each group performing.  See Performance section below for details (we will also email each class as we schedule their performance).  Information will be updated as it is available.  HOW WILL "RECITAL" PERFORMANCE WORK? We will be having the kids perform the recital dance several times, and record it. on Zoom We will do a couple times with all dancers shown, and a couple times with close ups, then edit it all together. Instructors will talk the dancers through the dance, and we will edit the music in over it later. Please ensure that your microphone is off. Our staff will have their camera off, as there is a way to hide them when recording so they do not show up on the video. We will email links to each class once the video is complete so that you can share it with family and friends!  Please arrive to your performance in costume, with hair tied back neatly, and recital make up on.

RECITAL ROUTINES - To make things easier on students, we will be teaching the following dances in the Online Virtual Classes.  Your child may either do the class live to learn their routine, or take the class from the recordings below.

RECITAL PROJECTS - Some classes will be doing a Recital Project for their final performance.  Each dancer participating will create a section of the dance.  They will then perform it in costume, outside and record it.  Once we receive all of the videos, we will merge them into one routine.

​

PICTURE DAY - Our photographer will be taking individual pics of our dancers, and then creating a "class photo!"  We will schedule photo day once all costumes have arrived.  More details to follow.

TUITION FEES - The last tuition payment for the season is usually June 1st to cover classes till June 7th per our Equal Payment Plan.  We have decided to extend the dance season till June 25th at no extra charge as our gift to our dancers.  Last tuition payment for the 2020-2021 Dance Season is June 1st.
